Headache, aching body, slight fever, orange discharge?

Im not sure how connected they are but since yesterday night i have been suffering from off and on headaches usually doing sudden bursts of pain a few times then going away after 5 minutes. joint pain pretty much everywhere in my body and my head feels hotter than my body. i noticed about a day before i had a orange vaginal discharge that started out looking like blood, urine is yellow/clearish. i am currently breastfeeding and discovered a lump in my breast about 2 days ago as well.On my nipple pad i wear to work to prevent leaking i noticed a very very small spot of orange/red. i have no history of any kind of cancer in my family, just diabetes. Any one know whats causing these symptoms? anything i can take to make them go away?
