yes it can. i went from 115lbs/5&#8242;2, to 88lbs. people said i looked like i was knocking on death&#8217;s door.  now on insulin and gainning, back up to 100. i lost everything my boobs went from c&#8217;s to a&#8217;s .and they are comming back too. yeah.
